If you are storing stuff on the exchange, set transport limitation to 1, and ensure you sell to alliance only!!

Set the price to the maximum allowed for each resource!! <<<< VERY IMPORTANT

If you actually want to sell it to the alliance then set the price at anything but the maximum.

NOONE IS TO BUY RESOURCES MARKED FOR ALLIANCE ONLY THAT ARE SET FOR THE MAXIMUM PRICE

repeat 'offenders' will do it in another alliance - be warned!!
