1. Build 8-10 barracks.
2. Level them all up to level 4 for all infantry
3. Then go to your Public House
4. Recruit a officer with low level and combat power 60+
5. Then go to Pleasure Palace
6. Go to Appoint Military Officer
7. For the type hit Commander
8. Appoint the officer 60+ combat power

This helps you reduce speed of troops being built.

Steps to making all barracks produce equally

1. Go to your barracks
2. Hit all Barracks
3. Select the troop you want
4. Put in how much u want to produce
5. Hit Select All
6. Confirm

This makes u be able to making a faster army instead of making 100 (Or however many u want to build) at a time at each barracks.
