Respect to former alliance members

can we have a rule that prevents us from occupying or pillaging former alliance members that exhibited good traits when he/she was with us? this includes all former alliance members that are not active anymore..just a respect on them. we could pillage and occupy former alliance members that are active and might have a fun game with them. just a thought....

If they are inactive (left the game) if we are not taking their resources somebody else is... If they come back we can of course stop the pillaging.
