One of the strategy of occupying a capital is that we position our main or our second most powerful city close to the capital city, so that when we are all ready...we could strategically pillage and occupy the capital, lowering its loyalty and increasing its discontent. If our cities are far to the capital city, it will take many days to make the capital succumb.
